Birthday parties & Inflatable World
What birthday party packages are available?
Our core Inflatable World packages are Mini IW at $169 for up to 6 children, Light Treat at $299 for up to 10 children, and Catered at $389 for up to 10 children. Package inclusions differ. See the birthday party page or ask our team to help you choose.

How long does a party last?
Inflatable World party packages include up to two hours of entry and 90 minutes of allocated party space. Your confirmation sets out your play session and party-space times; please plan cake and food around those times.
What food and tableware are included?
Light Treat includes hot chips and chicken nuggets, an Apple Pop Top per child, and unlimited cordial and water. Catered includes additional hot food options. Package details specify the food, cups, plates, napkins and cutlery supplied; Mini IW has different inclusions.
Can we bring a birthday cake or outside food?
You may bring a birthday cake for a booked party. Other outside food is not included in our standard party arrangements. If you have a special catering request or are planning private hire, discuss it with us before booking; any exception needs to be agreed in advance.
Do the packages include a dedicated party host?
Our standard Inflatable World party packages do not include a dedicated party host. Please plan for the organising adults to manage their guests, food and cake during the booking.
Do adults pay to watch?
Spectating adults have free entry with the standard Inflatable World party packages. Adults who want to play should ask the team about participant charges and suitability.
Do children need socks?
Yes. Everyone using the inflatables must wear socks: no socks, no play. Please remind all guests before they arrive and choose comfortable clothes suitable for active play.
Can parents drop children off and leave?
Parents or guardians must remain with and supervise their children at Inflatable World. A party booking does not provide a drop-off childcare service. Please organise adult supervision for your group.
How do I enquire about a party?
Use our party enquiry form or contact the team with your preferred date, package, child’s age, estimated number of children and adults, and your contact details. We’ll check availability and explain the next booking steps.
When are the deposit and final balance due?
A $100 deposit is required to secure your party. Party deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or change your mind, except where a refund is required by law. Pay it within five days of receiving the payment request; an unpaid booking may be cancelled. The remaining balance is due four days before the party. Follow the details in your booking confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my party booking?
Contact the team as soon as possible. Date changes depend on availability, and cancellation or refund arrangements depend on your booking terms and notice given. Ask us to confirm what applies to your booking before making changes. Read our Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
What if a guest has an allergy or dietary requirement?
Tell us about allergies and dietary requirements before booking or ordering food. Ask our team to confirm available options and any limitations before you decide on catering. Please do not assume a food item or preparation area is allergen-free.
Can we arrive early to decorate?
Please follow the arrival time in your booking confirmation. Your allocated area may be in use before your session. Discuss decorations and setup needs with the team in advance.
Court hire & casual games
How much does court hire cost?
Court hire is $88 per court per hour, including our indoor beach volleyball sand court. Tell us your sport, date, time, duration and group size so we can check a suitable court and confirm your booking.
Can I hire a court for a casual game or team training?
Yes. We welcome casual games, club training, social groups and regular hire enquiries. Court availability depends on competitions, classes and existing bookings.
Can we hire the sand court for beach volleyball?
Yes, subject to availability. Our indoor sand court can be used for pairs, 4-a-side or a social group booking. Ask us about a suitable format and time.
Does court hire include equipment or an umpire?
Tell us what equipment and assistance you need when you enquire. We’ll confirm what is available and whether any additional services or charges apply. Casual court hire should not be assumed to include a coached or umpired session.
Does sending an enquiry secure a court?
No. An enquiry lets us check availability. Your booking is secured once our team confirms the arrangements and any required payment has been received.
