Ringwood Indoor Sports Centre, Melbourne

Updated 21 October 2026

This policy applies to bookings and payments handled by Ringwood Indoor Sports Centre, including Inflatable World Ringwood parties. Independently operated programs may have their own booking terms.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, cancellation, a service being remedied or compensation. These rights apply regardless of any deposit or cancellation condition below.

Party deposits and payments

A $100 deposit is required to secure your party and is due within five days of the payment request. Party deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or change your mind, except where a refund is required by law.

The remaining balance is due four days before the party. Please confirm final participant numbers with our team one week before your party. Your booking confirmation sets out the agreed package, session times, inclusions and charges. Contact us before a payment deadline if there is an error or you need to discuss your booking.

Customer cancellations and booking changes

Please contact us as soon as possible with the booking name, reference, date and requested change. Changes take effect only once confirmed by our team. A request does not itself cancel or reschedule a booking.

Changing your mind does not automatically create a refund entitlement under consumer guarantees. For payments beyond the party deposit, and for court hire, private events and other bookings, we will consider the terms provided before booking, the notice given, services already supplied, reasonable unrecoverable costs and applicable law. We will explain any proposed deduction. Any charge must not operate as an excessive penalty, and replacement bookings or other steps that reduce loss will be taken into account.

Rescheduling, illness and attendance

Date and time changes are subject to availability and written confirmation. Please contact us promptly about illness, fewer guests, late arrivals, missed sessions or other changed circumstances. Any discretionary credit, guest adjustment or rescheduling arrangement will be confirmed by our team. No such arrangement limits a remedy you are entitled to by law.

If RISC cancels or cannot provide the booking

We will contact affected customers as soon as practical and discuss the appropriate remedy. An alternative date or activity may be offered, but you will not be required to accept credit instead of a refund where a refund is required by law. The outcome depends on what was agreed, what was supplied and the circumstances.

Leagues, forfeits and external programs

League withdrawals and game forfeits are handled under the competition terms provided before registration, subject to applicable consumer rights. Ask us for the rules for your sport. Party cancellation conditions do not automatically apply to league teams.

For independently operated coaching or activities, contact the provider shown on your booking or receipt. Our team can help identify the appropriate contact.

How to request a refund or raise a concern

Provide your booking or receipt details, the issue and your preferred resolution. We will review the request and explain the outcome. Where a refund is approved or required, we will advise the payment method and processing timeframe. Please do not send full card numbers, security codes or sensitive banking details in an ordinary email.
